Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Graceland website and your purchase of portable buildings and related products through it. By browsing the site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products, Quotes, and Pricing

Product configurations, prices, and availability are provided at the time you build a quote and may change without notice. A quote is an estimate, not a binding offer, and it may expire or be withdrawn before you complete checkout.

We work to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but minor variations in materials, colors, and finishes can occur.

Orders and Payment

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when you submit it. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and card details are never stored on our servers. Deposits and payment schedules are described during checkout and in your order confirmation.

Rent-to-Own Agreements

If you choose a rent-to-own option, the rental-purchase agreement you sign - not these terms - governs that transaction, including payment amounts, total cost, early purchase options, and cancellation rights. Rent-to-own availability and terms vary by state.

Delivery and Site Preparation

You are responsible for providing a delivery site that is accessible and properly prepared. Delivery dates are estimates, and additional charges may apply when a site is inaccessible or requires extra work at the time of delivery.

Warranties

Buildings are covered by the manufacturer warranty included with your purchase documents. Except for that warranty, products and the site are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graceland is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to orders placed after it takes effect.
